Welcome to the New LAWS Website!

As with all things new, this website is a work in progress. Please bear with us as we add new content and iron out any creases. Feedback is important to us and welcomed! The objectives of the new LAWS website are to:

1. Promote the Labour Party as the leading party on animal welfare
2. Position LAWS as a strong organization with vigorous campaigns
3. Function as an informational hub for party members and officials, elected representatives and government officers, reporters and other opinion formers, animal advocates and the public
4. Recruit party members and others to join and support LAWS, including the processing of electronic credit card payments for annual membership and donations
5. Serve as a virtual community for members and others by distributing e-alerts/newsletters, including links to PDF copies of newsletters, reports, etc.
6. Organise party members to further advance animal welfare issues
7. Inform animal advocates and the public on Labour’s animal welfare track record
